Pas besoin d\u2019outillage sp\u00e9cifique comme pour certains coffrages isolants en PSE.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. \ud83c\udf1e Inertie thermique (confort d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f <em>Oui.<\/em> Le bois-ciment a une bonne inertie (masse thermique), ce qui aide \u00e0 lisser les \u00e9carts de temp\u00e9rature.<br>\u2744\ufe0f \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, le PSE \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur bloque les \u00e9changes thermiques avec la masse du mur, ce qui nuit au confort d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. \ud83d\udd07 Confort acoustique<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f <em>Oui.<\/em> Le bois-ciment est bien meilleur acoustiquement que le PSE. Il amortit les bruits a\u00e9riens et d&rsquo;impact. Le PSE est peu performant sur ce plan, surtout en parois l\u00e9g\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. \ud83d\udd28 R\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique et durabilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Le bois-ciment est un mat\u00e9riau solide et durable. Il r\u00e9siste aux chocs, \u00e0 l\u2019humidit\u00e9, aux rongeurs et aux moisissures.<br>Le PSE est fragile, facilement perforable, et sujet au vieillissement s\u2019il est mal prot\u00e9g\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. \u267b\ufe0f Recyclabilit\u00e9 \/ Impact en fin de vie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Le bois-ciment est plus facilement recyclable ou r\u00e9utilisable, tandis que le PSE est tr\u00e8s difficile \u00e0 recycler en pratique (volume important, peu de fili\u00e8res). En cas de d\u00e9construction, le PSE devient un d\u00e9chet probl\u00e9matique.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. \ud83d\udd27 Polyvalence constructive<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Les blocs bois-ciment sont souvent porteurs, ce qui permet une construction simple sans structures compl\u00e9mentaires.
