Ci\u00f2 lo rende pi\u00f9 compatibile con i requisiti di RE2020.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. \ud83c\udf2c\ufe0f Materiale naturale e traspirante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f <em>S\u00ec.<\/em> Il cemento-legno \u00e8 traspirante e contribuisce a regolare l'umidit\u00e0 interna e a ridurre il rischio di condensa\/muffa.<br>L'EPS, invece, \u00e8 completamente impermeabile al vapore acqueo e pu\u00f2 causare problemi se i ponti termici o l'impermeabilizzazione sono gestiti male.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. \ud83d\udd25 Sicurezza antincendio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f <em>S\u00ec.<\/em> Il cemento di legno \u00e8 classificato come non infiammabile (spesso M0), a differenza del polistirene, che fonde, propaga il fuoco ed emette gas altamente tossici (stirene, benzene, ecc.).<br>\u26a0\ufe0f Questa \u00e8 una differenza importante, soprattutto in ambienti chiusi.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. \ud83d\udee0\ufe0f Facile da installare (autocostruzione)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f <em>S\u00ec.<\/em> I blocchi in legno-cemento sono spesso leggeri, facili da maneggiare e possono essere segati facilmente, il che \u00e8 molto apprezzato in autocostruzione. Non sono necessari strumenti speciali, come nel caso di alcuni casseri isolanti in EPS.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. \ud83c\udf1e Inerzia termica (comfort estivo)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f <em>S\u00ec.<\/em> Il legno-cemento ha una buona inerzia (massa termica), che aiuta ad attenuare le variazioni di temperatura.<br>\u2744\ufe0f Al contrario, l'EPS all'interno blocca lo scambio di calore con la massa della parete, a scapito del comfort estivo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. \ud83d\udd07 Comfort acustico<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f <em>S\u00ec.<\/em> Il legno-cemento \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 efficace dal punto di vista acustico rispetto all'EPS. Assorbe i rumori aerei e da impatto. L'EPS si comporta male in questo senso, soprattutto nelle pareti leggere.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. \ud83d\udd28 Resistenza meccanica e durata<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Il cemento-legno \u00e8 un materiale forte e durevole. \u00c8 resistente agli urti, all'umidit\u00e0, ai roditori e alla muffa.<br>L'EPS \u00e8 fragile, facilmente perforabile e soggetto a invecchiamento se mal protetto.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. \u267b\ufe0f Riciclabilit\u00e0\/impatto a fine vita<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Il legno-cemento \u00e8 pi\u00f9 facilmente riciclabile o riutilizzabile, mentre l'EPS \u00e8 molto difficile da riciclare nella pratica (grande volume, pochi canali). In caso di decostruzione, l'EPS diventa un prodotto di scarto problematico.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. \ud83d\udd27 Versatilit\u00e0 costruttiva<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>I blocchi in legno-cemento sono spesso portanti e consentono una costruzione semplice senza strutture aggiuntive.
