From (cm) | A (cm) | Qty |
---|---|---|
160 | 200 | 1 |
200 | 300 | 2 |
300 | 360 | 3 |
For High Insulation (Hi) type 30 boxes, the anchoring lug is perfectly centred in the 200 mm chain link.
For High Insulation (Hi) type 28 boxes, the fixing lug is offset outwards by 20 mm.
Reinforcement/box connection
This operation is carried out by the transformer at the same time as fitting the cheeks. The reinforcement is then fixed using a bolt (M8 x 50 mm) with a 50 mm washer. The box is hollowed out at the corner to insert the reinforcement.
Joining reinforcement and joinery
The fixing bracket, supplied on site, is secured to the reinforcement with 2 M6 x 15 mm round-headed metal screws (not supplied).
The bracket is then screwed to the top rail of the joinery using 2 M6 round-head wood/PVC screws.
The square is adjusted by means of an oblong hole.
Sealing kit
The waterproofing kit consists of joint J8 and foam pad TM1 (sold separately). Tested at 80 Pascals, it meets the requirements of BBC (Bâtiment Basse Consommation) homes.
Joint J8
The rubber gasket provides a seal between the aluminium (or PVC) track and the joinery. It fills a gap of between 5 and 25 mm and is compatible with standard tracks. It is inserted into the notch of the track in the case of a BSO or a roller shutter with external winding.
Packaging: 50 m box
